During this we will discuss what you want from your party and we will go through a list of recommended suppliers in which we will discuss what they can provide for you, we will discuss your budget and create a To-Do List for your party.
After the consultation is over we will leave you with information sheets on what we will be doing next
This includes me phoning your selected suppliers and arranging meetings for you to meet them to discuss what you would like from them. you will discuss prices and payment schedules and sign contracts, I will be in attendance during all meetings to advise you through your options and to read over contracts before they get signed.
We will stay in regular contact with suppliers and of course we will stay in regular contact with you until your Party has ended
On the day co-ordination, we will be on site to co-ordinate with suppliers and ensure the party runs smoothly

Free first consultation to go over your idea of the party you want , We will provide you with a list of Venues, Catering, Entertainment, Decoration Designers and even transport to arrive in style.
Once we have gone through what arrangements you want we can go away and contact your chosen venues with your event date then contact caterers to book appointments for you to go through what foods you will be wanting and to discuss prices and book your entertainment, decorations, and Transport (if required)
We will stay in regular contact with suppliers and yourself to ensure everything is running smoothly.
On the day co-ordination , we will be there to co-ordinate with suppliers and check that everything is in place for your arrival at the venue.
